Iveta Zaděláková
My name is Iveta Zaděláková and I am a physiotherapist. I studied for a bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy at Masaryk University in Brno and subsequently obtained a master's degree in Applied Kinesiology and Conditioning Training. I strive not only to relieve pain, but also to help better understand one's body, its possibilities and limits, and to support its proper functioning in movement and everyday life. At the same time, I emphasize the balance between physical health and mental well-being. I believe that each body has its own unique story, and therefore I approach each client individually and comprehensively.
I have completed specialized courses focusing on various therapeutic techniques: working with fascia and soft tissues – kinesiotaping, myofascial trigger points, fascial manipulation, and mobilization in the context of muscle chains and more. I have also taken courses focused on the pelvic floor, temporomandibular joint, and visceral therapy.
Previously, I worked as a trainer in women's fitness and as an instructor of circuit training, which allowed me to connect physiotherapy with a training approach. This concept is reflected in physiotrainings, which I combine with rehabilitation principles. I focus on mobility, functionality of movement, and prevention of overload. The goal is not only to strengthen muscles but also their proper activation and cooperation within movement patterns.
Besides classical physiotherapy, I also focus on individual trainings, whether with the goal of weight reduction, body shaping, increasing muscle strength, or improving overall fitness. Since forever, I have been fascinated by handstands, which I pursue to this day. I help people not only with their technique, but also with the development of control over their own body and perception of movement. I also work with children through physiotraining, where I emphasize a playful, functional approach and support for healthy movement development.
